ZERO WASTE FAIR 2023

Welcome friend. Zenko Kaizen aka "Cleanup Kitsune" is a charitable, interactive artful pop-up by Allgoods Nonprofit.

We clean up trash and litter kindness.

The purpose of this booth is to elevate waste awareness. Everything about this booth is 100% Re-Used, Re-Purposed or Borrowed.

MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1-2 inch Propagated Succulent of Choice

  • Bonsai Pot (we made one out of cardboard using origami)

  • Moss/Compost/Mineral Mix

  • Decorative Stones

  • 3 Teaspoons of Water 

  • Markers to decorate

HOW TO MAKE A SOCAL BONSAI
PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO

STEP 1:
Close your eyes, take a deep breath and think of something you are grateful for.

STEP 2:
Decorate by drawing on or coloring the pot.You can add ornaments of your choice at home. Place succulent in center of pot. 

STEP 3:
Place succulent in center of pot. 

STEP 4:
Using the spoon, Place the cup of soil mix around succulent. Even out surface.

STEP 5:
Cover soil with decorative stones.

STEP 6:
Add about three Teaspoons of water with the tea pot.

STEP 7:
Smile. You are both artist and botanist.
You have supported life and repurposed waste.
